Our products come with a 2-year warranty, excluding damage caused by chewing.

Please note that we do not provide warranty coverage for the glass of your terrarium in the event of improper use of the product.

General Warranty Request Form

 

To assist you as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to follow the procedure outlined below. For returning your product, please contact Dyrgard. Warranty requests without a fully completed form will not be processed:|

  • Name
  • Adress
  • Purchase receipt or email of the invoice
  • State the issue 

Important points to note:

For warranty periods of our products, please refer to the page with general warranty terms and conditions. Ensure that your product is properly packaged when sending it. Dyrgard is not liable for packages that do not reach us. In most cases, your product will be repaired or replaced within 10 working days after receiving. Some customers have emotional attachment to their product submitted for repair. In the case of replacement, the defective product will not be returned. To prevent any disappointment when receiving a new model, please indicate this explicitly. Dyrgard does not send individual parts for self-repair. Warranty is void in the case of self-repair attempts.
