Your order is usually send within 1-4 days.

(subject to availability and excluding holidays). (excluding custom-designed items)

After placing your order, you will always receive a confirmation and a track & trace code.

Pickup option:

It is possible to pick up your order, in which case choose the "pick-up at location" option at checkout.

After confirmation, you can pick up your package during store hours.

 

When placing an order:

You can place your order through the website or by emailing us.

If you order through the website, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. If you don't receive it, there may be an issue with your email address, so please contact us.

The confirmation email also serves as your receipt if you choose to pick up your order in-store.

You will receive your track & trace code when the package is ready to be shipped.

 

Returns:

Products can only be returned in their original packaging and after consultation.

Upon purchase or receipt of the product, you have 14 days to return it without giving a reason (excluding custom-designed products).

The shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Large orders:

For large orders of single-color or mixed items, we kindly ask you to email us.
